Meet Dr. Nathan

Hey there! My name is Dr. Nathan Teter, the practicing Physical Therapist and owner of Apex Physical Therapy. I received my bachelor's degree from the University of West Georgia where I spent four years playing college football for the Wolves. It was during this time that I found my passion for physical therapy after suffering a traumatic knee injury during my senior season.


I was fortunate enough to work with skilled Manual Therapists over the course of my rehabilitation which further ignited my passion for PT. I went on to graduate from the University of St. Augustine with my Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree and returned to my home town of Cumming, GA to begin practicing.


I specialize in Manual Therapy, Sports Medicine, Dry Needling, and Injury Prevention. I have worked in a number of different physical therapy settings and have gained an array of knowledge and experience.


My belief is that in order for individuals to return to their optimal level of performance, they require personalized, one-on-one care.
